30-Night Guarantee

Give Steady Buddy a full month. If your dog isn't steadier on your floors after 30 nights, email us and we'll refund the full purchase price. No forms, no restocking fee, no arguing.

How to request a refund

Email hello@steadybuddyco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a sentence or two about what happened. We reply within 1 business day. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

You do not need to ship anything back unless we ask, and we rarely do.

Wrong size

If the pads are the wrong size for your dog, email us before opening a second set and we'll send the right size at no charge.

Damaged or missing items

If your box arrives damaged or short, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders ship fast. If you need to change or cancel, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After the order has shipped, the 30-Night Guarantee still applies.

What's not covered

Pads used on cracked, wounded or bleeding paw pads (please don't). Orders older than 30 days from delivery.
