Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order

Every Steady Buddy order ships free within the United States. No minimum, no code.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive 10 to 14 days after you order. Steady Buddy ships direct from our manufacturing partner, which is how we keep the price where it is. If you need pads sooner than that, we're honest about it: we are not the fastest option.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show its first scan, which is normal for direct-from-manufacturer shipping. You can also check status any time on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping outside the US

Right now we ship to the US only. Canada, UK and Australia are coming; email hello@steadybuddyco.com and we'll tell you when.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 25 days after ordering, email us with your order number. We'll reship or refund, your choice.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before it ships. Once a package is delivered to the address you gave us, we can't recover it, but reach out anyway and we'll see what we can do.
